What should I eat for breakfast?

Oat so Simple

Our Birchir Muesli is made with overnight oats, which are packed full of protein and fibre. They also contain many essential vitamins and minerals such as manganese, iron, magnesium, copper and more. Combined with fresh apple, raisins and fresh berries, the dish also provides plenty of the all-important glucose.

More oaty goodness is found in our Toasted Muesli, served with a mixed berry compote and Greek yoghurt. Fresh, light and full of the good stuff.

A Sweet Retreat

If you are one of our sweeter toothed guests, we have plenty to get your tastebuds tingling.

Our Blueberry and Ricotta Waffles with Banana Compote pack a tangy punch with plenty of glucose and sugar to boost energy. Likewise, the Blueberry and Ricotta Pancakes with blueberry cream and pistachio crumb hold more than enough kilojoules of energy to see you through the morning.

How D’ya Like Your Eggs in the Morning?

Fried, scrambled, poached, or perhaps an omelette? Our eggstensive range of egg dishes should fill the largest of appetites. Served with steak, mushrooms, ribs, tomatoes, greens and more.

Eggs are a complete source of protein as they contain all 9 amino acids that we get from out diet. Additionally, they contain a healthy amount of vitamin B12 and vitamin D, which is why eggs are popular for breakfast all over the world.

Our menus were all put together by Executive Chef, Krishna. Every care is taken to present them as he visioned and we only use the highest quality ingredients with our meat sourced from Muscats best butchers, MLS.
