Our meat is sourced from far and wide to ensure we bring in only the best. Choose from the Australian grain-fed Wagyu or Australian grain-fed Angus, selected for their heavenly flavour and extra tender qualities. All our steaks are cooked on the Josper Grill for a controlled finish, meaning your meat arrives perfectly seared and just as you requested.
